Quoting sedblue, reply 6FYI... I'm getting this BattlEye error while running Atlas game after updating to Start10 v1.7: 21:51:19: Starting BattlEye Service...21:51:22: Launching game...21:51:25: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.21:51:25: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10\start10_64.dll".
Stardock Start10 1.7 patch
No need to worry, can't find the key for it.. I know I brought it but can't find it on my download page. I'm sure I had start8 and then upgraded it, but it seems not, stardock gaslighting. so its deleted and gone..

Actually the Battleye error is causing issues. I don't even get the error message, but I know it is trying to block the start10_64.dll. And because of that it is causing the whole start menu, taskbar and system tray to refresh when running a battleye game like Fortnite, PUBG, The Crew 2 and Ghost Recon Breakpoint. And the refresh causes a force quit on multiple programs. These programs are for example Corsair iCue, TeamSpeak, MSI Afterburner and NZXT Cam. And the only way to fix this is by logging out and in again to Windows or restarting your computer. This didn't happen on earlier version of Start10 which is a huge problem for me.
Quoting Neil Banfield, reply 19Blocking a dll loading into the game will not cause any impact to explorer. It sounds like the latest version of battleeye is causing explorer to crash and those apps have not been designed to handle an explorer restart to recreate their system tray icons. This is unlikely to be anything to do with start10. 2ff7e9595c
